On both sides of the peninsula there are beautiful beaches with turquoise water and pinkish sand, colored by fragments of thousands of shells.
Porto Katsiki

Voidokilia
The bay and beach of Voidokilla, located in a semicircle in the northwestern part of Pylos, in the region of Messinia, have been declared an archaeological site of exceptional natural beauty. The most important monuments covering a huge time range were discovered in the excavation area. Symmetrical, as if drawn with a compass, like an ancient theater, this bay with fine sand and crystal clear turquoise water is shaped like a perfect semicircle. Two large rocks form a narrow passage into which the sea rushes in, as if rushing into the arms of golden dunes.

Kolymbithres
The most famous and popular beach on the island of Paros is perhaps Kolymbithres. In these places, the sandy surface of the beach is bordered by huge smooth granite blocks, which water and wind have given the most incredible shapes over the centuries. They look like giant bizarre sculptures towering over the beach. Small coves stretch one after another in a chain, which is why the beach looks like a series of small pools. In fact, they gave the name to the beach. “Kolimbithres” means “fonts”. Here you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and some water activities are available.
St Paul’s Bay
